Inter and Roma haven’t given up in their pursuit of Porto defender Rolando, who is trying to rescind his contract with the Portuguese club.
The 28 year old Portuguese international spent last season at the Nerazzurri, and his former club are keen to take him on permanently.
Il Messaggero reports that both clubs are watching the contract situation with Rolando and Porto with a keen interest and will wait to make a move once the matter is resolved.
With Rolando’s contract expiring next summer it remains to be seen whether Porto will hold on to him and risk losing him on a free transfer.
Rolando spent last season on loan at Inter, making 29 Serie A appearances and netting four goals.
