Inter are reportedly monitoring the progress of River Plate’s young star Matias Kranevitter.

The 21 year old Argentinian has been making waves this year with his performances in the top flight and has attracted attention from all around Europe.

His agent has come out and confirmed that Inter are interested in the youngster, but told fcinternews.it. that River will only sell if a big enough offer comes in.

“It‘s [Inter’s] a great club. it is very well known and several Argentine players have worn the Nerazzurri shirt, which is among the most famous European clubs in South America,” his agent confirmed.

“We need to talk with the club to understand the situation, but it is certain that River knows they have a great player on their hands.

“Matías [Kranevitter] is very good at influencing the game, both in defense and in offense. He moves well, surely he can be very useful to any Italian team.”

Kranevitter has made 41 appearances for River this past season, and has also attracted the interest of Torino.
