Guidolin - UdineseIn the wake of Antonio Conte’s resignation as Juventus coach, several names have been linked to the now vacant post and Francesco Guidolin is the latest to join the list.

Immediately after Conte’s departure, the main contenders for the Juventus job were believed to be Massimilliano Allegri, Luciano Spalletti and Roberto Mancini, but Guidolin has now emerged as a surprise contender.

According to Sportitalia, Juventus have made a move to ask the availability of the former Udinese manager.

The 58-year-old has enjoyed a long coaching career and most recently served as Udinese head coach for four seasons before recently moving on from his head coaching duties with the Friuli outfit to become a technical supervisor at the club.
