Lazio defender Michael Ciani is a target of Premier League side Crystal Palace as the English club look to reinforce their defensive options for next season.
The potential departure of Ciani from the Stadio Olimpico comes amid a summer of highs and lows for the Biancocelesti as they look to set to acquire Stefan de Vrij from Feyenoord after losing Davide Astori to hated rivals Roma.
With de Vrij set to complete a €8.5 million move after an impressive World Cup with the Netherlands, Daily Mail report that Ciani is available for €1.5m.
This has caught the attention of Crystal Palace as they look to the 30-year-old centre-back as a cheaper alternative after missing out on Steven Caulker.
Ciani has made 41 appearances for Lazio since his move to the Serie A from French Ligue 1 side Bordeaux back in the summer of 2012.
