Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso could join former coach Rafa Benitez at Napoli, with negotiations reportedly taking place.
The Spanish international, whose contract runs out in 2016, has reportedly attracted the interest of the Partenopei.
Sport Mediaset reports that talks are taking place between Real Madrid and Napoli over a possible move for the 31 year-old, with the report also claiming that the Spaniard could be tempted to join the Neapolitans.
It is also worth mentioning that if the move materialises Alonso will join former teammates Gonzalo Higuain, Jose Callejon, and Raul Albiol.
