Fiorentina will participate in the 2014 Copa EuroAmericana taking on Brazlian club Palmeiras in Sao Paulo on July 30, and Brazilian side are looking forward to a continuing partnership with the Italians.
Palmerias president Paulo Nobre admitted his excitement about the upcoming friendly tournament, and his plans for future collaboration with La Viola.
“We are very happy to participate in this event Euroamericana Cup,” said Nobre.
“But mostly it fills us with joy to meet a great team like Fiorentina, much loved by the Brazilian fans. Its going to be a big party.
“We hope to be able to meet the company’s executives to start partnership projects with the Viola, not only so we can develop youngsters together, but also so we can build a healthy club with a structure like that of Fiorentina.”
