New Juventus signing Roberto Pereyra has revealed that he’s happy to be part of a great club like the Old Lady and insists that he’s ready to make the best of his experience in Turin.

The 23-year-old, who joined the Bianconeri on a season-long loan from Udinese this summer, admits that he’s willing to work hard for the reigning Serie A champions and will be looking to learn from all of his experienced team-mates throughout the 2014-15 campaign.

Pereyra spoke to Sky Sport Italia after Juve’s goalless draw in their friendly match with Cesena on Wednesday about his team’s performance during the game and commented on the role he may have in coach Massimiliano Allegri’s squad.

“We had made a good first half, the pace was good and that’s a good thing as we try to continue preparing well,” said the midfielder.

“Allegri? We talked a little, but he told me just to play and put myself in the right positions while making my game as fast as possible.

“My role? I’m making myself fully available to the coach, so he will be the one who ultimately decides.

“My choice to join Juventus? I chose a great team, which have just won the Scudetto for the third straight time. Now I have to train and learn from the many champions that play at my side here.”
