Roma have reportedly made an offer for Dynamo Kiev forward Andriy Yarmolenko in hopes of bringing him to the Italian capital this summer.

The 24-year-old, who is valued at around €25 million, has been strongly linked with a possible move to Premier League sides Chelsea and Liverpool in recent weeks, though it seems the Giallorossi are looking to take the lead in the race for his signature and are willing to negotiate a deal to secure his services.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini has submitted an offer of €15 million plus bonuses for the Ukrainian international on Wednesday and is expecting a response from Dynamo Kiev in the coming hours.

Yarmolenko began playing for the Ukrainian Premier League side’s first team in 2007 and has scored a total of 54 goals in 146 league appearances for the club since then, with 12 goals coming in his 26 league appearances last term.
