Serie A rivals AC Milan and Juventus look set to battle it out over the potential transfer of Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi.

The Argentine star is under contract at the Parc des Princes until June 2016, but is expected to be available this summer as PSG continue their pursuit of Real Madrid forward and Lavezzi’s fellow compatriot Angel Di Maria.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lavezzi, who has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs this summer is looking to make a Serie A return with either Milan or Juventus the likely destination.

However despite interest in Lavezzi, if either club wish to attain the services of the 29-year-old forward they will have to meet PSG’s transfer demands which is thought to be in the price range of €20 million.

Lavezzi joined PSG from Napoli in 2012 scoring 23 goals and registering 18 assists in 90 appearances for the Parisian club.
