AC Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi said that he is “happy” with his side’s performance in the 1-0 win against Juventus in Trofeo TIM.
The Rossoneri defeated Juve 1-0 at the Stadio Mapei in Sassuolo on Saturday night in the opening game of the tournament courtesy of Keisuke Honda’s lone strike.
Speaking to Mediaset after the game, Inzaghi said that he is “happy with the attitude of the side”, whilst also saying that the side is at a constant growth.
“I am happy with the attitude of the side,” he said. “Juventus were great as well.
“We are on the right track; I like the desire of the boys, we’re improving every game.
“We are constantly growing and I’m adamant Milan will return to winning ways.”
It is also worth mentioning that Milan are now on three points, and are set to take on Sassuolo in the third match of the Trofeo TIM.
