AC Milan could make a move for Olympique Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda in the coming days.

The French international has been at Marseille since 2007 but his seven year stay at Les Olympiens looks likely to be coming to an end.

According to reports from French newspaper Le Parisien, Milan have asked for details on the availability of the 29-year-old.

He has made 357 appearances for the French outfit and has won three French Cups and a league title with the Stade Velodrome side.

However, it is believed that Mandanda is to be looking for a new challenge.

A goalkeeper has become the main priority of Pippo Inzaghi, but the Rossoneri face competition for his signature with AS Monaco also looking into a deal.
