AC Milan are reportedly putting the pressure on Chelsea to decide the futures of Marco van Ginkel and Fernando Torres within then next 24 hours.

Both Torres and Van Ginkel have been steadily linked with a move to the Rossoneri as of late, though it seems negotiations for the players have hit a few rough patches, which could cause the Serie A side to move on to new targets in the final days of the summer transfer window.

According to Sky Sport Italia 24, AC Milan are giving Chelsea until Saturday to resolve the current dilemmas surrounding the possible transfers of the 21-year-old midfielder and the 30-year-old striker to the San Siro outfit.

Reports on Friday have claimed that Fernando Torres and his representatives have already met with the Diavolo and agreed to personal transfer terms, but would still have to wait for the Blues to be willing to pay the striker’s severance fee.

In the case of Van Ginkel, Milan would be ready to send either Bryan Cristante to Benfica or Riccardo Saponara to Empoli in order to make space for the Dutch midfielder, while also using the acquired funds to help in a deal.
