Chievo striker Sergio Pellissier might still end his career at the club despite reports suggesting a falling out with coach Eugenio Corini.

The 35-year-old has been a part of the Flying Donkeys since 2000, scoring more than 100 goals in all competitions in over 300 appearances. However, last season Corini regularly benched him with Pellissier scoring just one goal in Serie A.

The situation has exacerbated ever since and there have been talks of the Italian leaving Chievo.

Tuttomercatoweb.com report that this situation might find an amicable solution as Pellissier has agreed to stay on at Chievo provided he is not ostracized from the team and given more game time.

And since the board members of the club have very high respect for the Italian they might consent to him and urge Corini to play him more.

Chievo start their season at home on August 30th against champions Juventus.
