Genoa are reportedly close to landing Club Brugge winger Maxime Lestienne on a season long loan.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to AC Milan in recent weeks but it appears he will ply his trade in the peninsula with the Grifone instead.

Sky Sport Italia report that Genoa are set to land the Belgian on a season long loan, with an Arab group set to pay part of his salary as they own a percentage of his registration rights.

It is believed that if Genoa choose to purchase Lestienne they will have an option to do so for €20 million.

Lestienne has scored 33 goals in 102 appearances for Brugge since joining from Mouscron in 2010.
