Juventus midfielder Kingsley Coman was left feeling satisfied after his side’s 1-0 victory over Chievo on Saturday evening in what was an impressive debut from the youngster.

The 18-year-old French international, who made his debut in the Bianconeri’s win, also expressed his gratitude toward coach Massimiliano Allegri and his teammates for making the experience a smooth one.

“[Ever] since I arrived in Turin, I have not been afraid, because I got a great reception [from everyone],” he revealed to Sky Sport Italia.

“[And] today, I think I did exactly what my coach asked of me. I was also helped a lot by my teammates on the pitch.”

The former PSG starlet, who made history during the 2012-2013 season by becoming the youngest ever player to feature for the Ligue 1 champions, was also asked about featuring as a striker, given his versatility.

“I’m not really sure as to whether I’ll still play as an attacker, so I don’t have an answer to your questions.”

Coman was signed by the Scudetto champions earlier this summer after rejecting offers from several Premier League sides including Arsenal and Tottenham.
