The future of Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado could be decided on Wednesday as directors from the Viola and Manchester United are expected to meet in England.
Fiorentina’s original €40 million price tag for the Colombian has not deterred suitors after the winger’s impressive performances for Los Cafeteros at this summers World Cup.
According to the Daily Star, Manchester United are set to offer no more than €35 in a deal that would see the Viola star’s value rise based on performance and appearances.
Cuadrado is a quick and powerful player who played a number of positions for Fiorentina last season and it is these qualities that United boss Louis van Gaal is looking for to fit into his versatile 3-4-1-2 system at Old Trafford.
