Fiorentina have reportedly had their offer for Shakhtar Donetsk holding midfielder Fernando accepted by the Ukrainian outfit.
The initial offer is a year-long loan deal with a right to purchase the Brazilian at €15 million.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Gigliati already have an agreement in principle with the 22-year-old Brazilian in place, and a move is expected to materialise in the near future.
Fernando arrived from Gremio in June 2013 and made 16 appearances in the Ukrainian league during the 2013-14 campaign, with coach Mircea Lucescu and many others branding him among the best talents to come out of Brazil in recent years.
