Hellas Verona are reportedly favourites to sign Frederik Sorensen from Juventus.

The defender seemed destined to join Udinese as part of a player exchange deal which saw Roberto Pereyra go the other way, however the Danish defender remains under contract with the Bianconeri.

Now La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Verona have moved ahead of Genoa and Leeds in the chase for the youngster whose value is thought to be in the region of around €3 million.

Sorensen has just returned to Juventus from Bologna where he made 15 Serie A while on loan from the Bianconeri last season.
