Hellas Verona have strengthened their options at full back with the signing of Antonio Luna from Aston Villa on a loan deal.
The 23-year-old former Spain U20 international has joined the side on an initial loan deal with Verona holding the right to purchase the player outright.
A short statement on the club’s official website confirmed the arrival of the left back, also stating that the player has already passed his medical with the side and that Luna decided to take the number 16 shirt for the coming season.
Luna began his career with Sevilla after coming through the youth system and after several loans to Almeria and Mallorca he decided to sign for Aston Villa in June 2013.
