Inter midfielder Fredy Guarin is being linked with a move to Russian side Zenit St. Petersburg.
The player’s agent, Marcelo Ferreyra, is allegedly in talks with the Russian side’s delegates regarding a potential transfer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Nerazzurri are demanding at least€12 million for the 28-year-old.
However the transfer remains a distant possibility since the player himself rejected a move to Russia in the recent past, but the prospect of Champions League football could prove an enticing factor for the former Porto man.
In his two years at the Stadio Meazza, Guarin has scored eight goals in 64 appearances.
