Inter are reportedly looking to sell two of their players in hopes of raising enough funds to secure Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi before the start of the new Serie A season.

The 29-year-old has been linked to several big clubs around Europe this summer including Chelsea, Juventus and Liverpool, with the Reds seeming the most serious in purchasing him, though the Nerazzurri are apparently willing to sacrifice two of their midfielders in order to make a proper bid for the Argentine.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio is ready to arrange the departures of Fredy Guarin, who has been a main target of Russian side Zenit St Petersburg, and Ricky Alvarez as a way to make some quick cash.

Reports suggest that Guarin may be on the verge of signing with Zenit, while Alvarez has publicly expressed his intent to remain with the Biscione.

Lavezzi has scored a total of 12 goals and provided 10 assists in his 62 Ligue 1 appearances for PSG thus far.
