Arsenal’s World Cup winner Lukas Podolski is apparently now a serious target for Juventus.

Serie A champions Juventus are said to be keen on adding versatility to their attacking options and the Premier League forward, who can play a variety of positions across the forward line, would fit that requirement.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus have made their interest known to Arsenal and are waiting to hear from the London club on the availability of the player and any potential fee.

However, it is not known at this stage if Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will want to let Podolski leave the club.

The ex-Bundesliga man has been at Arsenal since 2012 and helped his side to the FA Cup last season, and duringĀ his two seasons in England he has scored 28 goalsĀ in 69 appearances.
