The agent of Monaco forward Radamel Falcao hopes to convince the club’s president to allow the Colombian to move to Juventus on loan.

The 28-year-old is thought to be interested in playing for the Old Lady and Juve see him as a dream addition but they are aware of the financial difficulties of making a deal happen.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Falcao’s agent Jorge Mendes is waiting to finalise the sale of his client Angel Di Maria to Manchester United, before meeting Monaco president Dmitrij Rybolovlev with the intention of convincing the Russian to allow Falcao to leave on loan.

Falcao remains the Bianconeri’s number one target despite the knowledge that they cannot guarantee the ability to match Falcao’s wages at Monaco of €12 million per year.

Juventus also remain in contact with the Manchester United and the entourage of Javier Hernandez as the Mexican striker is on the radar as an alternative to Falcao.

Falcao made 17 appearances for Monaco during the 2013-14 Ligue 1 season and scored nine times in an injury-hit debut year with the Monegasques.
