Napoli will reportedly be ready to make a bid for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro if they can manage to qualify for the Champions League this season.
The 25-year-old has been steadily linked with a move to the Partenopei since the start of the summer transfer window and it seems that the Italian club will be prepared to submit an offer for him in the coming days, but only if they’re able to edge past Athletic Club in their Champions League play-off second leg on Wednesday and advance to the next round of the tournament.
According to Sportmediaset, Tottenham would expect Napoli to pay a fee of around €12 million for the Brazilian, which the Neapolitan side would be willing to do depending on the outcome of their match against Athletic.
The Azzurri are also still considering moves for Liverpool’s Lucas Leiva and Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini as alternatives to the Spurs man.
