Lorenzo Insigne - NapoliAntonio Ottaiano, agent of Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne, has revealed that there aren’t any serious talks between his client and Inter despite rumours claiming otherwise.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a possible move to the Nerazzurri in recent weeks as his relationship with the Partenopei fans has been faltering and some reports have suggested that he may be involved in a swap deal that would see Biscione midfielder Fredy Guarin end up in Naples.

Ottaiano spoke to FcInterNews.it about Insigne’s current situation at Napoli and admitted that Inter boss Walter Mazzarri is definitely fond of his client.

“A move to Inter for Insigne, may in exchange for Guarin? I can say that there is nothing concrete yet,” said the agent.

“However, we have definitely noted Mazzarri’s admiration for Lorenzo.”

Insigne has previously worked with Mazzarri at the Neapolitan side mostly during the 2012-13 Serie A campaign right before the tactician’s departure to Inter.
