Ghoulam - NapoliNapoli fullback Faouzi Ghoulam has suffered a suspected broken arm during the 3-1 loss at Athletic Club in the Champions League play-off second leg.

The 23-year-old was substituted for Miguel Britos in the 56th minute at the San Mames after an awkward fall saw him land on his left arm.

The Algeria international was seen clutching his arm and an official statement by the club medical staff after the match confirmed that there is a suspected fracture.

Ghoulam joined Napoli in January 2014 from Saint-Etienne on a four-and-a-half year contract and made 21 appearances in all competitions last season.

The Partenopei lost 4-2 on aggregate to Athletic Club and will now go into the draw for the Europa League group phase.
