Napoli have reportedly reached an agreement with Espanyol for the transfer of midfielder David Lopez.
The 24 year old Spaniard will arrive in Naples shortly to agree personal terms and undergo a medical, but his move seems all but complete.
Sport reveal that Napoli and Espanyol have agreed a fee of €5.3 million for the central midfielder, along with a couple of bonuses.
These included Espanyol receiving €0.5 million when Lopez plays his 50th game for the Partonopei, and an extra €0.5 million if Napoli win the Scudetto.
The move comes as a welcome boost for Napoli after they crashed out of the Champions League after losing their two legged playoff tie against Athletic Club.
