New Inter striker Pablo Osvaldo has revealed that he’s very happy to have signed with the Biscione and feels honoured to be a part of the club.

The 28-year-old completed his season-long loan move to the Nerazzurri from Southampton on Wednesday in a swap deal that also saw Saphir Taider join the Premier League side and the former Roma man admits that he’s eager to begin preparing for the 2014-15 campaign with the San Siro outfit.

Osvaldo spoke to Inter Channel about becoming an Inter player and the love he can already feel from the Milan side’s supporters, while also issuing a short message to the club’s fans.

“I am very happy to be here, I can’t wait to get started,” said the Italian international, who spent the second half of the 2013-14 season on loan with Juventus.

“I’ve immediately noticed the affection from the fans and I’m very happy. To arrive at Inter is an honour, I hope to do well for these colours.

“A message to the fans? We’ll do our best to give you all as much joy as possible!”
