Queens Park Rangers are reportedly interested in signing Lazio utility man Alvaro Gonzalez this summer.
The 29 year old Uruguayan international is currently in his homeland to deal with some personal problems, but is expected back by the start of the season.
Lalaziosiamonoi.it report that QPR are interested in the ex-Nacional midfielder as they look to strengthen ahead of their return to the top flight.
Developments are expected soon, and Gonzalez is reported to be one of the names on QPR boss Harry Redknapp’s list.
QPR have already completed a signing from the Serie A after they nabbed Mauricio Isla on loan from Juventus earlier this month.
