AC Milan in their search for a replacement for striker Mario Balotelli have asked AS Roma about the availability of Mattia Destro.
Rossoneri vice president Adriano Galliani spoke with Roma’s sporting director Walter Sabatini about the possible transfer of the 23 year old striker, only to be rebuffed.
According to Sky Sport 24, Galliani was told that the striker was not available as he was not on the market and part of Roma coach Rudi Garcia’s plans for the season.
Destro who signed from Genoa in 2012 has scored 19 goals in 41 appearances for the Giallorossi.
