Serie A Kit Watch is back with another instalment, this time we head to Verona to complete our look at the Veronese clubs as we look at Chievo.

Once again a product of Givova, the new Flying Donkey’s kits have something of an old school look about them, something which is fully endorsed here at Forza Italian Football.

The home kit bears striking resemblance to that of last season. The traditional design of a yellow body with blue sleeves carries through to this season with the iconic ‘Cangrande della Scala’ holding its place on the lower left of the shirt.

I’m positive I won’t be thanked for this by either club’s supporters, but the Chievo and Hellas Verona shirts display a similarity with the presence of a ladder on both club’s respective kits; the ladder representing a historic symbol of the city of Verona.

The three Chievo kits for the 2014/15 season.

The new away kit is a half and half design, split vertically down the centre of the shirt, with the main colours being blue and white.

The sleeve on the blue side will be white and vice versa. The traditional club logo will not be found on the shirt, instead the historic ladder symbol of Verona which is on the back of the home kit, will be found in its place.

Just to avoid any confusion as to whose kit this actually is, the club’s name, Chievo Verona will be scripted beneath the collar at the back of the neck.

The third shirt also displays a rather unique design. Givova have really put some thought and work into these kits it would appear.

The main colour of the shirt will be a dark charcoal like shade, with a blue vertical strip going from top to bottom down the left of the shirt. The blue stripe will have a yellow outline on each side in order to show the primary colours of the club.

The historic ladder makes another appearance in this kit, but this time in two locations. The main crest has once again been replaced with the ladder logo, it can also be found in the same place as on the home shirt – just beneath the collar on the back of the shirt. The club’s name is again written across the back of the shirt, this time at the bottom.
