Welcome back to another series of Serie A Kit Watch, this time we are heading south of the capital to look at what Napoli will be wearing this season.
Firstly, lets look at the home kit. There isn’t a lot of change to discuss with this one as Macron have taken a traditional and simple approach to the kit. The shirt displays the usual colours, crest and uncomplicated plain design.
The inside of the collar displays a unique tartan design and the text ‘SSC Napoli’ is found in white beneath the collar on the back of the shirt. One gripe I do hold with the kit however is the quite imposing ‘Lete’ sponsor on the front; as if that isn’t bad enough, another sponsor has been added just below the prominent red logo.
New Napoli home shirt 2014/15.
The new Napoli third kit is once again a relatively plain one, not leaving much to discuss. The design of the shirt is based on the same template as the home, the only difference being the colours have swapped places so anywhere that was blue in the home, is white in the third shirt and vice versa.
The sponsors are even more annoyingly prominent, because of the white background this time.
The inside of the collar shows the same tartan design as the home shirt and the text ‘SSC Napoli’ is found in the very same place on the back of the neck.
