Udinese are targeting Napoli striker Duvan Zapata as a possible replacement for Nico Lopez.
The 23 year old Colombian would be added support upfront for Antonio Di Natale, especially if Lopez leaves for Verona, a club he’s heavily linked with.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, new Udinese coach Andrea Stramaccioni wants to strengthen the Zebrette’s offensive line. Zapata is in serious consideration by the club to do so.
Zapata, who joined Napoli in 2013, already has five goals in 16 appearances with the club.
In the last meeting between Udinese and Napoli, Zapata also provided the assist for Jose Callejon’s goal, which saw the match end in a 1–1 draw.
