English Premier League side West Bromwich Albion are been linked with a move for Parma’s French winger Jonathan Biabiany.

The 26-year-old was in fine form last term helping Parma to a sixth place finish in Serie A and has been linked with a move away from the Gialloblu in the past few weeks.

According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, West Brom could make a move for Biabiany this weekend as Parma visit England to play Aston Villa in a friendly on Saturday.

It’s thought they have already submitted a bid of €6 million for the player they watched most of last season and hope a potential deal could be reached.

The Baggies sporting director Terry Burton along with Italian chief scout Leonardo Masieri watched Biabiany in action recently in Parma’s pre-season friendly against Monaco.

Biabiany started his career in France with Le Blanc-Mesnil in the northern suburbs of Paris before moving to Italy with Inter and has enjoyed spells at Chievo, Modena and Sampdoria as well as Parma in his time in the Peninsula.
