West Ham United have reportedly asked about the availability of Fiorentina defender Facundo Roncaglia.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move fellow Serie A side Genoa during the summer transfer window, but it seems his future could lie in London.
According to Tuttomercatweb, the Hammers have made tentative enquiries as to the Argentinian’s transfer status.
It is believed that Fiorentina would be open to releasing the player either permanently or on loan.
Roncaglia made just 11 Serie A starts last season.
