AC Milan and Parma look set to exchange Jonathan Biabiany for Cristian Zaccardo and financial compensation.

The Rossoneri have been following the 26-year-old since January and are aiming to make the winger their final purchase of the summer, as main target Alessio Cerci moved to Atletico Madrid.

Sky Sport Italia reports that Milan have offered defender Cristian Zaccardo plus €4 million for the former Inter youngster, while Parma are thought to be holding out for a €5m settlement.

It is also worth mentioning that the Frenchman has made 142 appearances for the Crociati, scoring 21 goals in the process.
