Enock Barwuah, younger brother of Mario Balotelli, was involved in a pitch side, post-match altercation on Sunday.
On Sunday in Brescia, Barwuah’s club, Vallecamonica, lost 1-0 to Pedrocca. After the feisty affair, pictures of a clearly upset Barwuah started surfacing on the internet. The angry striker is seen wearing a shirt that had been torn at the collar.
The underlying cause of the fight is still undetermined. Social Channel is reporting that Barwuah had been the target of racist insults and was attacked.
La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, is telling an entirely different story. They are reporting that Barwuah had urinated on a wall at the sports grounds. They quoted one supporter screaming at Barwuah, “You can’t do as you please, you’re not at your house!”
The cause of the scuffle is still under investigation. It is uncertain if racism played a role.
