side Benfica have struck a deal for the purchase of AC Milan midfielder Bryan Cristante.
The youngster had been with the Rossoneri since the age years old, but will now depart after Benfica’s bid for the player was deemed acceptable by AC Milan.
Sky Sport Italia reported on the deal, which would amount the fee to €6 million.
The 19-year-old has played just three Serie A games for AC Milan, and will now undergo his medical ahead of the permanent switch to Benfica.
AC Milan are reportedly still active in the final hours of the transfer window, and the departure of Cristante could enable the club to make a move for a new target.
