Cesena coach Pierpaolo Bisoli was satisfied with his side’s 2-2 draw with Empoli on Saturday night despite surrendering a two goal lead.

The Cavallucci Marini went 2-0  up with goals from Guido Marilungo and Gregoire Defrei but Empoli dominated most of the play and pulled the game around with strikes from Francesco Tavano and Daniele Rugani.

“It’s difficult to comment after this result, that penalty was a questionable decision to say the least,” Bisoli told Sky Sport Italia.

“I wonder how you can make a decision like that, but overall I’m happy with our performance and the intensity we played with.

“We have tough game against Juventus and AC Milan coming up but will will do our best and will fight until the last day of the season.”
