Palermo midfielder Francesco Bolzoni admits that he would love to return to his former club Inter in the future.
The two clubs clash this weekend in the Serie A, and the match holds special significance for the 25-year-old given he came up through the Nerazzurri youth system.
“After revenge against Inter? No, in fact I would love to return one day,” admitted Bolzoni at the pre-match press conference.
“For now, I am at Palermo. The team is a good team, we can do well. Against Inter, the match must be addressed with the maximum effort, we can play.
“For us, it is an incentive to play against these teams, we want to try and get points from the Inter match.
“The coach [Beppe Iachini]?It’s been two years working with him and the staff know me and have made me grow, especially from a character point of view.”
