Former Inter defender Ivan Cordoba says Inter must react positively following Sunday’s 4-1 home defeat to Cagliari at the San Siro.
The Nerazzurri suffered a shock defeat to Zdenek Zeman’s men who up until then had only registered one goal in their previous four outings and sat bottom of the table heading into the game.
“That kind of game can happen, but you have to just forget about it and think about the next game,” Cordoba told Sky Sport Italia.
“Inter have players of high quality and mentality so they just need to move on and react in the best way which is to give a great performance in the next game against Qarabag in the Europa League.”
The Nerazzurri face their Azerbaijan opponents at the San Siro on Thursday night in the Europa League looking to make it two wins out of two in Group F.
