Parma boss Roberto Donadoni is confident that his side can tackle any sort of hurdle in the Serie A this season.

The 51-year-old lost his first game of the new season 1-0 to Cesena a fortnight ago and will have to prepare his side meticulously against AC Milan, when they clash at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on Sunday night.

“Our first goal is to maintain our class, then we will try to build something more,” the Italian told the press.

The former Rossoneri midfielder also stressed on the importance of Parma adopting a different style and approach.

“Challenges do not scare us,” he continued.

“Milan? Against Lazio they played with a great spirit. However, we will have to instill a very different approach from what we had at Cesena.”

In the same fixture last year, the Gialloblu emerged winners following a 3-2 scoreline, with Lazio midfielder Marco Parolo scoring the winner from a free-kick in the second half injury time.
