Ex-Napoli midfielder Blerim Dzemaili has thanked his former club for three wonderful seasons at the San Paolo.
The Switzerland international left Napoli on Monday to join Turkish giants Galatasaray on a three-year deal and had nothing put praise for his former club and fans.
“I thank president Aurelio De Laurentiis for three beautiful seasons,” Dzemili posted on his Twitter account.
“I thank the people of Naples for the affection they have shown me and Riccardo Bigon [Napoli sporting director] who I respect so much,” he added.
“I thank ex-Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri for two great seasons and current boss Rafael Benitez who I wish good luck.
Dzemaili netted 10 times in 85 appearances for the Partenopei in his time at the Southern giants.
