Roma coach Rudi Garcia believes that it is up to his side to continue their form to secure a path into the knockout stages of the Champions League.
The Giallorossi are currently second in Group E after two games, with four points compared to third placed Manchester City’s one.
“We have proven ourselves at City, and I’m proud of my players,” the Frenchman told Sky Sport Italia.
“Taking a point tonight we leave City three points behind. This gives us confidence that we can have our own say, even in this group.
“We have people with immense talent and but we have seen that they are able to give everything on the pitch, also with commitment to defence.
“I have so much confidence in my men.”
Roma are yet to lose this season, after winning all of their first five Serie A games.
