Genoa have at least six players on their books that could leave on transfer deadline day through a variety of loans, sales and contract terminations.
Daniele Portanova, Giannis Fetfatzidis, Armando Izzo, Antonino Ragusa, Mario Sampirisi and Riccardo Improta have all been linked with a departure from the Grifone.
According to Il Secolo XIX, 35-year-old defender Daniele Portanova could be released by the club, whereas 23-year-old Greek winger Giannis Fetfatzidis is being tracked by both Parma and Hellas Verona.
Serie B side Catania are determined to sign Ragusa but a move would be complicated by the fact that he is co-owned by Pescara.
Twenty one-year-old defender Mario Sampirisi and 20-year-old attacker Riccardo Importa have both been linked with a loan move.
It is also worth mentioning that Genoa have already signed youngster Maxime Lestienne from Qatari side Al Arabi.
