Hellas Verona have allowed goalkeeper Nikolay Mihaylov to move to Turkish club Mersin Idmanyurdu on a free transfer.
The 26 year old Bulgarian international moved to Verona from Twente at the start of last season, but failed to make a single appearance for the club.
Tuttomercatoweb reveals that Verona rescinded the contract of the ex-Liverpool goalkeeper, and he promptly signed a two year deal with Mersin.
Despite coming to the Serie A with high expectations, Mihaylov never made an impact in Italy, and will be looking to restart his career in the Super Lig.
