Inter are ready to make a bid in the January transfer window for out-of-favour Tottenham striker Roberto Soldado.
The 29 year old Spanish international struggled in his debut season at White Hart Lane last year, and hasn’t fared much better this season under new boss Mauricio Pochettino.
AS report that Soldado could be leaving England as early as January, with Inter ready to challenge Atletico Madrid for the services of the frontman.
If Soldado were to agree a move to either team, it is reported that he will have to take a substantial pay cut in order to agree a deal.
Soldado has struggled to displace Emmanuel Adebayor as first choice this season at Spurs.
Last season Soldado scored 11 goals in 36 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham.
