Inter’s Saphir Taider is expected to soon complete his second move of the summer by joining Sassuolo on loan with an option to buy.
Earlier in the summer, the Algerian international joined Southampton on a season long loan deal but the Premier League side decided to cancel the transfer after just a month.
Sassuolo sporting director Nereo Bonato confirmed to FCInterNews.com that a deal to bring the 22 year old to the Neroverdi is all but complete.
“We are just waiting on a resolution from the Southampton transfer. All the paperwork is set to go.”
Taider joined Inter only last summer from Bologna making 15 appearances in the Serie A scoring just once.
