Italy will play Slovakia in a play-off to qualify for the 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in the Czech Republic.
The Azzurrini were seeded and qualified as Group 9 winners after beating Cyprus 7-1 on Tuesday and have avoided the Netherlands and Croatia in the draw that took place in Nyon at 14:00 CET.
Italy are scheduled to play away in the first-leg on October 8 and the second at home six days later on October 14.
The seven teams to win through the play-offs will join Czech Republic, already qualified as the host nation, in the competition finals next June.
