Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri insists the Bianconeri want to get their Champions League campaign off to a great start as they prepare to play host to Malmo at the Juventus Stadium on Tuesday evening.

The Bianconeri were drawn against 2014 runners up Atletico Madrid, Greek champions Olympiacos FC and Swedish outfit Malmo but Allegri insists that the Italian’s will be looking to impress regardless of opposition.

“Juventus must look to win at this time. In Europe the games are not easy. The competition is short and you can not manage results,” he stated at his pre-match press conference.

“The group apparently seems simple, but there are difficulties. Passing the group stage is not simple. Malmo are ahead of us in condition. They have great organization, physicality and speed.”

The Swedish champions, coached by Age Hareide, qualified for the competition after defeating Ventspils, Sparta Prague and Red Bull Salzburg.
